City lights through an unfocused lens: soft discs of light drift at different depths — the near ones huge and hazy with bright bokeh rims, the far ones small and sharp — breathing gently and adding up like a long exposure, with a subtle parallax toward the cursor. Three light colors, count, drift speed and parallax are configurable.
